17. I've never been here before and I'm worried..is it going to be everything I want???

Yes, you're going to LOVE IT! Ok...we admit, we may be slightly biased. So here's what you need to know...It's totally normal! In fact, most of our campers had never been to Castle Valley before and felt just like you do now when they signed up, yet we have managed to maintain an approximate 95% retention rate since we've opened. Although, it's impossible to please everyone, this says to us that Castle Valley Campground delivers when it comes to meeting the vast majority of campers expectations, wants, and needs. The crazy part is that these retention rates came at a time before power being installed to each site or the playground we have since installed for the kids! The crazier news is that the vast majority, of our small percentage non-renewals, are due to unfortunate life circumstances such as job transfers or health issues and have nothing to do with Castle Valley not actually meeting their budgets, wants, or needs. We now have seen many of our campers that had to leave us coming back to join us!

At Castle Valley Campground, our primary goal is to make you a HAPPY CAMPER at an affordable price, and we think our numbers prove that! With only a ONE season commitment, with the OPTION to renew year after year, it's a very small investment, with little risk but amazing reward for endless years of memories and fun with family and friends. "Put it all on black" and we promise you won't be disappointed! Not sure, feel free to see our testimonials from our very own Happy Castle Campers!
